Can we cancel at anytime?
Yes you can opt our or pause your plan at any time. Just send us an email 14 days prior. Whether you are going on vacation or simply need to cancel. Simply opt of the plan in writing and you will receive confirmation from us and you will be all set. Confirmed orders are non-refundable.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes, you can have your profile updated to include specific dietary restrictions such as low sodium or low sugar diets. Our wellness menu includes healthier options for some of our favorite southern inspired favorites. Be sure to check our online menu weekly for feature items.
How is billing done?
Orders are placed or confirmed every Monday by 5 PM EST. All accounts will automatically be billed each Thursday based on the selections previously received. Cancellation are required within 14 days of next order date.
Can orders be picked up?
You can choose to have your orders ready for pick up instead of delivery. Simply notify us on the Monday the order is placed.
